As the head of the medical secretary department, I support and guide our secretarial team in answering your first questions and coordinating appointments with our physicians. The medical secretary is one of the most important hubs in the BioMed Center Sonnenberg — often the first point of contact, and always a place where clarity, care, and reliability matter.
