Nicola has been interested in biological medicine for many years and has completed various training and further education courses in this field. She can now apply this knowledge, combine it in a targeted manner, and deepen it further.
Interdisciplinary cooperation and the interaction of individual applications for the benefit of our guests — as well as the joint effort to find the best possible individual solution — are particularly close to her heart.

- 2004–2006: Studied to become a Certified Physiotherapist (FH)
- 1999–2013: Worked in the fields of persistent vegetative state care, palliative medicine, and neurology, as well as a lecturer in physiotherapy and LiN (neutral positioning for critically ill patients)
- 2014–2023: Further training courses in the fields of training, coaching, and quality management (QM)
