Who can better understand our patients than someone who found the same way to us as the patients have themselves? Francesca came to Dr. Rau because of a chronic angina problem, today she is part of our team, part of Biological Medicine. As the head of the medical secretary department she is the friendly voice that greets you on our telephone and who answers the first of your questions. She manages the appointments for our doctors and is one of the most important hubs in the BioMed Center Sonnenberg.
