I grew up in a holistically oriented family—in an environment where body, mind, and soul were seen as an inseparable unity. This perspective continues to form my philosophy today and is the basis of my work as a naturopath.
It is important to me to perceive people in their entirety – with all their physical, emotional, and mental aspects. For me, health means that these levels are in balance with each other and that we are able to connect with ourselves.
In my work, I place great value on mindfulness, empathy, and respectful support. My goal is to support people on their individual path to greater well-being, inner strength, and quality of life—holistically and with heart.
